Alice Kwan is an Oxford-based artist, born and raised in Hong Kong. Her work captures the essence of both nature and the urban landscape, from the sound of waves and vibrant skyscrapers to the wind blowing between ancient monuments. Alice's paintings are a celebration of century-old temples and an appreciation of the mundane, extracting beauty from the ordinary. Through her lines and brush strokes, she records an intangible range of emotions, primarily using acrylic paint.
