General Shipping Information
All the items are made-to-order. The framed wall arts are hand-made by skilled framers in Melbourne. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.
Production Time
All orders are hand-made and dispatched from our Melbourne factory. Please note orders are processed on weekdays only. Below is the turnaround time for different products.

Normally our processing time is 3-5 business days. However, due to the high volume of orders we received recently, our current lead time is around 10 business days for standard orders. |
Original Paintings and Hand-painted Canvas take 2-3 weeks to be dispatched. (Unfortunately we cannot rush Original Paintings or Hand-painted canvas orders) |

Christmas Cut-off Dates
The peaking time is approaching, we expect prolonged production time as well as delays by couriers. To get your orders DISPATCHED before Christmas please place order before Christmas Cut-off dates as below. Orders placed after Christmas cut-off dates will be dispatched in January.

Holiday Closure: Our team will take a break from 21st December to 5th January. We will process your orders from the 6th January 2025.
Shipping
We have several courier partners ship the orders - Australia Post, Allied Express, TNT, and Courier Please. The delivery timeframe below is the rough estimations provided by the courier partners. If you need your order arrive by a certain date, please contact us before placing order.

Pick up from our workshop in Blackburn North VIC 3130, or Gioia Gallery at Hawthorn VIC 3122. We will email you when your order is ready. We are open 9am-5pm Mon.-Fri. except public holidays. Please be informed that our business will close during 21st Dec - 5th Jan. Please pick up your oder on/before 20th Dec or on/after 6th Jan. |
Express Shipping
Due to the nature of our products (large and fragile artworks), most couriers don't offer express shipping to such items. It is possible to express ship Unframed Poster, Wallpaper and Wall Decal.
If you need express shipping, please contact us to check if express shipping is available and get a quote.
International Shipping
Our unframed prints, wallpaper and wall decal can be shipping internationally. Framed prints may or may not be shipped to you, depending on where you are. Please contact us to place order manually, as there is international shipping cost involved and we need you address to quote you.
